Game Capture Tours

Guests are welcomed abort Mattanu’s team of wildlife capture and immobilisation specialists in their routine tasks of management and translocation.  Join in this unique safari experience on the ground or from a helicopter and have a hands-on experience with numerous wildlife species as they are being tranquilised and monitored for conservation and management purposes.  All of this is done under strict supervision of resident wildlife veterinarian, Dr JC Kriek.   Game capture safaris are often done as part of veterinary student courses.  During these courses we also mentor and transfer skills to up and coming wildlife veterinary enthusiasts.
