Conferences

At Mattanu Private Game Reserve we take pride in offering a lodge facility to suit your every conference, function or event need.  We will tailor-make every package to suite your budget and requirements.  A visit prior to your function can be arranged.  Our conference venue is air-conditioned for your comfort.

Our air-conditioned facility can accommodate up to 120 delegates.
Rates are based on a minimum of 10 delegates.
All rates are excluding VAT.
Cost per person: R300

Rates include:

  • Morning/afternoon tea with biscuits/snacks
  • Cold/Hot lunch with juice
  • Water and mints on the tables
  • Venue Hire
  • Standard Audio-visual equipment

Additional - It can be arranged at additional cost:

  • PA System R700 per day.
  • Breakfast – R70
  • Dinner – R120 Selection of menus available
  • Accommodation R1490pppn, 5 luxury tents of which 1 is double and 4 can be made as double or twin
  • A 50% single supplement will be charged for guests not sharing
  • Game Drive – R50/person
  • Quad biking trails – R350 per person for 30min, 4 pax at a time
  • Helicopter flips – R620/person. More than 10 people- R4400/hour (25 people can be flown per hour)
  • Paintball – R150/person for 120 bullets (50c/bullet thereafter)
  • Drumming R140pp + travel costs of R1000.
