Year End Functions / Teambuilding

We can combine any activities as required.  A visit to Mattanu prior to your function can also be arranged.  Our two venues that are available are the Outdoor lapa and the Main Lodge. With larger groups the rotation of people between activities works very well. Game drives can take 36 people at a time, quad biking 4, helicopter approx 25 people in an hour and paintball 16 players at a time.

Outdoor lapa and day visitor area (80 max) – The basic day rate for groups of up to 20 people is R350/person (20 + persons is R300pp) and this includes a 3-course cooked or braai (menus may be discussed) and a Game Drive (36 people per drive).  The Game drive is part of the package and prices do not differ should some guest not join on the Game Drive.  Game drives for morning functions will depart at 08h30 and followed by breakfast and for evening functions it will depart at 17h00 followed by dinner. Guest can arrive 1 hour before the Game drive.

There is a cash bar available in the lodge and guests may enter the lodge for this purpose alone.

Main Lodge (120 max) - The basic day rate for groups of up to 20 people is R350/person (20 + persons is R300pp) and this includes a 3-course cooked or braai meal (menus may be discussed) and a Game Drive (36 people per drive).  The Game drive is part of the package and prices do not differ should some guest not join on the Game Drive.  Game drives for morning functions will depart at 08h30 and followed by breakfast and for evening functions it will depart at 17h00 followed by dinner. Guest can arrive 1 hour before the Game drive.

There is a cash bar available in the lodge.

Additional activities include:

• Helicopter rides at R4400/hour (approx 25 people can fly per hour and a max weight of 110kg is permitted)
• Quad bike rides at R300/person for 30 min rides (4 riders per trip)
• Paintball at R150/person including gun, gas, masks, overall and 120 bullets.
• Face painting and jumping castle for kids
• Drumming can also be arranged for up to 50 people (Cost depends on amount of people)
• Lunch can be arranged depending on menu selection.
• A Marimba quartet can also be arranged for evening entertainment.
• Busses can be arranged for shuttle to and from Kimberley
• San Bushmen dancers can also be arranged for entertainment

A cash bar is available so no drinks will be allowed on the premises.  The bar and function will close as per prior arrangements.
No liquor will be sold before 14h00.
Morning/afternoon functions close at 16h00
Afternoon/evening functions close at 23h00

Music may be organised at additional cost and per availability.
