Setup Times & Break-down Times

The venue is available on the day of the function from 08:00 and functions may not end after 24:00, unless otherwise arranged.  All items belonging to the client must be removed by 09:00 the following day. Set up and cut off times will be confirmed subject to availability and will be charged accordingly.

A staff overtime rate of R250.00 per hour/person, or part thereof after 24h00, will automatically be added to your account.
